STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS

PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND PLANNING: Turn-key project management including sub-contractor selection, management and supervision; scheduling and financial accounting, plans for quality control and regulatory compliance.

PROPERTY TRANSFER / SITE ASSESSMENTS: Phase I, II, and III Site Assessments to ASTM standards for lenders, real estate agents, municipalities, and private clients.

FIELD AND CHARACTERIZATION SERVICES: Monitoring well and piezometer design and installation, soil borings, soil-gas surveys, ground penetrating radar, surface and subsurface geophysical interpretation.

REMEDIATION SERVICES: Screening and analysis of remedial alternatives, bench scale and pilot testing, system design and installation of physical, chemical or biologic remedial methods.

GROUNDWATER QUALITY:  Sampling and reporting, analytic and numeric contaminant modeling, aquifer and well testing, wellhead protection, infiltration and drainage evaluation, aquifer storage and recovery.

SOLID WASTE: Municipal and limited purpose landfill permitting; detection, assessment and compliance groundwater monitoring; endangerment assessments, statistical analysis, environmental monitoring plan creation.
